Topic: Encouragement
As dance ministers, we must always be cautious and aware of our actions. Dancing is a visual ministry so people are drawn to watch our actions more so than listening to our verbage(what we say). Unlike singing in the choir, people are prompted to watch your actions(even when you are not at the front of the church ministering) to interpret who you are or what you are really about. So it is very important that you live a lifestyle worthy of your calling in order to be able to effectively minister to others. It will be difficult for someone to believe you when expressing the Word of God with your body, if they have watched you do otherwise. Therefore, I encourage all dancers, and anyone that has a call upon your life, to live a life that is pleasing unto our Master and that may be worthy of emulation by other Christians. Be blessed. I love you all.
